1) What are the languages you teach?
At Second Tongue we teach 9 Global languages like English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Mandarin, Japanese, Arabic, and Urdu. Also four regional languages- Hindi, Marathi, Gujrati, and Sanskrit.

2) Are the languages taught online?
Yes, the language training is conducted online through the Zoom App.

3) Are the classes live or recorded ones?
All the classes conducted in Second Tongue are live.

4) Which language should I learn if I am from the IT field?
Apart from English, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, French and Arabic language dominate the IT industry in India.

5) Which language should I learn if I am planning to move to the US/Canada for further studies/work?
You need strong language skills in either English/French which are the two official languages of Canada and of course, knowing English fluently is definitely an advantage to work or study in the US.

6) Which is the widely spoken language apart from English?
Spanish is the widely spoken language in the world after English.

7) What is the typical schedule for an online class?
Usually, the classes are held twice a week for 2 hours each.

8) What’s the duration of the course?
You need at least two to two and a half months to complete each level.

9) Do you conduct any exams?
Once you complete the course level we do conduct your reading, writing, and speaking exams.

10) Do you provide any International certifications?
No, You get a certificate from Second Tongue once you pass your examinations which are recognized in India.

11) How many levels do I need to complete to speak fluent French/Spanish/German?
We recommend you complete at least B2 level to speak fluent French/Spanish/German.
12) How is the course material available online?
Course material would be shared in pdf format along with. Hard copies of notes are available at an additional cost.

13) Can I give DELF exams after completion of the course?
Yes, you can give the DELF exam after studying French from Second Tongue.

14) What is the minimum IELTS score to get Canada PR?
IELTS score for Canada PR visa through the express entry program is 6 per band. However, we always advise our candidates to get a score of 8,7,7,7 score.

15) How much band score is required for Australia /UK / US/ Germany/ New Zealand?
The average IELTS score for Australia is 6.5, 5.5 for the UK, 6.5 for Germany, and 6.0 for New Zealand.

16) What is the advantage of taking online classes?
Convenience and flexibility are the biggest advantages of taking online classes.
17) Are online classes self-paced or scheduled?
Online classes at Second Tongue have a specific start and end date.

18) Are there any courses for kids?
Yes, We do run special courses for kids.
